In this area, Mr. Erwin has expertise in the valuation of complex fringe benefits packages often paid to executives, including pre-tax benefits and stock options. MODEL/SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT Mr. Erwin has participated in the refinement of economic loss models developed by Spectrum Economics, Inc. For example, he developed and modeled the iteration method Spectrum uses to correctly resolve after-tax loss in FELA cases. In addition, Mr. Erwin has developed software that allows users to estimate time-use for any group demographic based on data collected via the U.S. Department of Labor’s American Time Use Survey. |
